Monthly fees are due every thirty days the work is to be performed. We are happy to arrange automatic billing directly from your bank account. We accept check, ACH, or credit card (surcharges apply). This agreement is subject to a 5% annual fee increase on its anniversary. Late fees of 1.5% per month may be assessed for late payments. If payments are made more than two weeks past their due date, we will stop work on your account. When payments resume, we will create and provide the services agreed upon in this contract, but we will not create them before the account is brought current.
Cancellation Policy
The period of this contract automatically renews on a monthly basis. The contract may be terminated with thirty-days written notice, but subject to the minimum contract period of twelve months. Notice must be given in writing via email. Verbal cancellation notices are not binding.
Changes in Scope of Work
Changes to the scope of work require an approved change order and may result in additional fees. Common changes to the scope of work are adding additional SEO work, PPC advertising, additional content creation, and adding custom features to your website. We are happy to discuss any changes you are interested in making to your contract.
Acceptance
This proposal is accepted and forms an agreement between the customer and STRDigital, LLC. All the terms and conditions contained herein are approved and agreed.
